Dearest Bar Belle,
I'm thinking the best way to get a drink on Election Day is if you actually went and exercised your civic duty, voted, and then received a "Hall Pass" for said activity! That would really turn them out at the polls!!!

That's a great idea! If you vote, instead of getting that stupid "I Voted!" sticker, they gave you a ticket for a free beer ... on the government's tab. I think we're on to something.
