My column appears in the Louisville Eccentric Observer (LEO) every other week. Basically, I write about drinking — where to drink, what to drink, when to drink, why to drink and how much to drink. I'm always looking for ideas — new bars, favorite hangouts, crazy cheap drinks, etc. — so share your secrets. Better yet, tell me about them over a beer or two.

jesus, i cannot believe it took that long. what is this, 1874? What did you do for a week without electricity? Solitaire is only fun for about a half hour. Reading by candlelight doesn't sound fun. Did you have to hunt and gather food to survive the harsh elements?
Luckily the bars were open.
(That would be my Bar Belle response. But in reality, I went to bed early, went to the gym every morning and watched TV and did laundry at Laura's house.)
Oh, and I still don't have cable. And my neighbor's Internet is down. Damn it all to hell!
you are soooooooooooo 18th century.
