Absurdity

I found this story about a town that's considering banning swearing, table dancing and drinking contests in local bars.

It is still uncertain whether bathroom blowjobs will remain legal.

if you can't do that stuff in a bar, then where? can you still call that place a bar, or is it simply church at that point?

St. Charles, isn't a "town" it is a suburb of St. Louis, and has over 300,000 people. This law has no chance of passing. This area is kind of like the Baxter ave bar area, but there are lots of small shops that have been around for decades, while these bars, clubs, and two large casinos have sprung up over the past decade. So my guess is some old people who don't like how the area has changed are pushing for this law.
